- Appetizer: Hearts of Palm Crab Cakes + Sriracha aioli
- Salad: Slow Roasted Beet Salad + shaved apple + crushed pistachios
- Soup: Chickpea Stew + cumin and coriander roasted rainbow carrots + tahini maple sauce
- Main: Butternut Squash Risotto + shiitake bacon + crispy sage
- Dessert: Chocolate mousse + cardamom roasted pears + coconut whipped cream
