Get on that bike and ride! 

Break a sweat on Sunday morning and join a bike ride through St. Louis and Forest Park! Led by our member Nicholas James, this ride will be at a moderate pace and challenge attendees to keep moving. The group will meet at Mike's Bike's at 10:30 AM, where you can rent a bike for $10.00 if you need.
