On October 25h, Chef Katy Hacker and the Dirt Candy Supper Club will be hosting a 5 course plant based supper at TechArtista. Get excited for Butternut Squash Risotto topped with Shiitake Bacon, and much more. Space is limited. BYOB.

• Appetizer: Hearts of Palm Crab Cakes + Sriracha aioli 
• Salad: Slow Roasted Beet Salad + shaved apple + crushed pistachios 
• Soup: Chickpea Stew + cumin and coriander roasted rainbow carrots + tahini maple sauce 
• Main: Butternut Squash Risotto + shiitake bacon + crispy sage 
• Dessert: Chocolate mousse + cardamom roasted pears + coconut whipped cream
