Allison teaches Restorative, Breathing, Yin, Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. Her classes are soothing and gentle yet challenging and empowering, for new or experienced students. Embracing all walks of life, she wants you to feel welcome, comfortable and strong as you discover new yoga strength and power!
Each attendee will be charge $10.00 day of the event.
